Effects of Technical Efficiency of Innovative Production and Technical Infrastructure on Regional Innovation—— Threshold Regression Analysis on Provincial Panel Data
利用2001-2010年30个省份的面板数据，通过改进的知识积累增长模型和门槛回归，发现创新生产技术效率对区域创新产出影响最大，且地区间技术差距存在动态调整。
By building an improved accumulated knowledge growth model,it used the ordinary fixed effect static panel data analysis and panel threshold regression analysis methods with the panel data of 30 provinces from 2001 to 2010 to research the regional innovation output and its factors. The results show that there isn't a uniform trend of convergence in the technical efficiency of different regions,the inter-regional technical gap keeps a process of dynamical adjustment.Technical efficiency of innovative production,technical infrastructure,RD capital input and RD personnel input all affect the regional innovation output,and the first factor has the greatest effect. The government should take the different measures according to the different technical efficiency of innovative production.
