ANALYSIS OF SPATIAL SPILLOVERS OF TOURISM ECONOMY IN WUHAN METROPOLITAN AREA
基于1994-2007年武汉城市圈面板数据，构建旅游经济溢出模型，分析城市间旅游经济相互溢出及影响因素，发现武汉主导、其他城市过度依赖、竞争多于合作。
Based on panel data in Wuhan Metropolitan Area from 1994 to 2007,this paper constructs a model of spillover regarding tourist economy and makes a comprehensive analysis of mutual spillovers of tourist economy and the effect of different variables to tourist economy by using Eviews 5.0. The main results are as follows:① Wuhan City plays the most important role in Wuhan Metropolitan Area,and other cities tourism development overly dependent on Wuhan; ②the correlation is not strong in Wuhan Metropolitan Area,and the role of the tourism economy spillovers is less obvious;③there is more competition than cooperation in Wuhan Metropolitan Area; ④ The differences of tourist economy spillovers are highly correlated with their tourist attractions and reception capacities.
