Hakka Earthen Building is one of three residential buildings after human beings’ living in the cave.It is famous for its long history,idiographic moulding,large scale,peculiar structure,complete function and abundant intention.As a symbol of Hakka culture,the Hakka Earthen Building is hailed as a bright pearl of eastern ancient civilizations and the miracle of the world's residential buildings.It seems like an untold encyclopedia,showing Chinese traditional culture in a particular region,and reflects the harmony between human and the nature.Hakka Earthen Building is not only a kind of living carrier,but also a rare tourist resource.From a coordinated development perspective,this paper starts with the formation and development of Hakka Earthen Building,then puts forward its cultural,artistic and tourist value,and provides experience for its exploiture and protection after Hakka Earthen Building’s being inscribed on the World Heritage.
