Urban Spatial Structure towards Low Carbon:New Urban Transport and Land Use Model
分析了上海和北京在快速城市化中通过交通政策和土地利用控制延缓机动化的效果,提出了多模式交通系统和5D土地利用/交通模型,并给出实现低碳城市的空间策略。
Facing the challenge of resource and environmental constrains in the fast pace of urbanization,we must have a adequate control on land use and transport in the development process.We analyzed the urban transport policy and land use control on the consequence in delaying the fast motorization in Shanghai comparing with Beijing.It is suggested the importance of multi-modal transport system and the 5D model of land use/transport towards low carbon city based on the characteristics of Chinese city.Finally we proposed some spatial strategy to realizing a low carbon city.
