KEY POINTS AND STRATEGIES OF THE ADJUSTMENT AND OPTIMIZATION OF THE INDUSTRIAL STRUCTURE IN HUNAN PROVINCE IN THE VIEW OF CENTRAL RISE
分析了湖南省产业结构现状、特点及变化趋势，对比中部其他省份，指出问题并提出调整优化的关键点和对策，以促进湖南经济健康发展。
Industrial structure is changing along with the development of economy. As a province of central China, how to grasp the opportunity of “central rise and quicken economic development steps is worth discussion. At present, the structure of industries in Hunan is undergoing an important period of rapid changes. Emergence of the middle part in China mean challenge and opportunities to local economy.If Hunan wants to bring about a health and consistent economic growth. It has to adjustment and optimization of the industrial structure. In this paper, it analyzes the situation and characteristics of Hunan industrial structure and its dynamic changing tendency.Based on these analysis, this paper summarizes the problem of Hunan industrial structure, especially compares economic development with other provinces of central China, and meanwhile, it put forward key points for adjustment and optimization of industrial structure.According to study, this paper also forwards the countermeasures for adjustment and optimization of industrial structure,which speeding up the progress of economic development of Hunan province.
