On the basis of a great quantity of analysis on the statistic, the paper analyzes the characters of the investment increase of the municipal infrastructures, the change of funds sources and targets, the contribution driving the GDP, and the paper makes the comparison of the investment strength between China and other countries. The paper analyzes the characters of the total quantity of the municipal infrastructure and their development level, the differences between the west, middle and east area and Northeast Area in development. Also it makes a trend- forecast and proposal for the 11~ th 5-year planning.
