To promote urban infrastructure construction in Western region is one of the important measures to accelerate urbanization paces in the West.There is an obvious gap for the development level of urban infrastructure between the West and the East.And the there are also some differences in terms of construction capital resources in the two regions.This article analyses the features of urban infrastructure financing in the West from a comparative perspective and,based on this,summarizes the policy implication for reinforce urban infrastructure construction in the West.
