It is necessary to reorganize Guangzhou's service trade after entering WTO, It is also needed to do so to optimize Guangzhou's industry structure. After analyzing the inner structure of Guangzhou's third industry, the author furthers his study on the reason of doing so, and gives suggestions to adjust the structure and reorganize the service enterprises within the third industry.
