THE STRUCTURAL CHANGE IN INDUSTRY AND THE CHOICE OF INDUSTRIAL POLICIES:BASED ON THE ANALYSIS OF EAST ASIA ECONOMIES
基于文献综述，构建了产业结构变迁与产业政策选择的分析框架，指出政府可依据客观规律，通过选择性产业政策干预并引导产业结构变化，且不同经济体制和发展阶段下政策选择会导致不同的结构变迁形式。
Based on the survey of vast literature,the paper develops a framework about the structural change in industry and the choice of industrial policies.When the government abides by the law of structural changes in industry,which is an objective law,it can intervene in,affect,and even lead the process of structure change in industry by using selective industrial polices.The government may choice different industrial policies in different economic systems and different development stages,which would result to deferent types of structural change forms.
