A STUDY OF LEGISLATION AND INSTITUTIONS ON THE RESTRICTIONS TO THE RURAL LAND TRANSFERENCE IN LARGE ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITES
分析了大型考古遗址中农村土地流转问题的法律与现实，认为该问题在城市化与工业化进程中不可避免，并借鉴国外土地开发权制度，提出采用土地开发权分配政策是有效控制该问题的途径。
Through analyzing the legal provision and reality of the problem of the rural land transference in large archaeological sites,the article believes that the problem is inevitable in the process of urbanization and industrialization.By drawing on the experience of Land Development Right System practiced in overseas countries and regions,it then puts forward that the adoption of land development right allocation policy in large archaeological sites is an effective way to impose control over the problem of the rural land transference.
