STUDY ON LABOR FLOW OF NORTHEAST OUTMODED INDUSTRIAL BASE
分析了东北地区在行业、部门、区域内和跨区域四个方面的劳动力流动现状，并提出了促进合理流动以解决转型期就业问题的政策建议。
Labor flow is the fundamental terms and inevitable demand of market economy.Only through labor flow,can we realize the good disposition of labor resources and other factor of production,and promote the development of economy.At the same time,we can relax the contradictions of structural unemployment,and promote the re-employment of unemployed persons.With the reforms and open and the establishment of socialist market economy,the labor flow of our country become active day by day.Comparatively,the labor flow of northeast area is still slow.In this paper,the author deeply analyzes the labor flow situation of northeast area from four respects: industry;sector;inner-region;trans-region.And then,the paper gives some workable policies and measures that how to solve the employment problems during the transformation of northeast outmoded industrial base through promoting the rational labor flow.
