评估了浙江省建设文化区的条件，提出了大型文化活动和标志性文化景观的空间布局，包括“六区五级”和“一核三区七线”两种蓝图。
Culture construction in Zhejiang province accords with the trend of region plan in the world. On the basis of appraising the conditions to construct culture area in Zhejiang province, the paper put out the spatial layout of large-scale culture activities and emblematical culture landscape, as well two blue prints. One is six areas and five scales, the other is one core and three areas and seven lines.
