LIANYUNGANG WATER FUNCTION VALUE LOSS BASED ON POLLUTION LOSS RATE APPROACH
用污染损失率法计算了1996-2000年连云港水功能价值损失，年均11.8亿元，约占GDP的4.55%，表明经济发展以水污染为代价，现行经济评估可能高估增长。
Water pollution is one of the most environment pollution. The assessment of the economic loss is the base of environment plan, instituting the policy on water. The water function value loss in Lianyungang was calculated using pollution loss rate approach. The results indicate the annual mean loss in Lianyungang is 11.8 hundred million yuan during 1996-2000, approximately 4.55% of GDP. It reveals the economic development in Lianyungang is at the cost of water environment pollution, and current national economic assessing system maybe overvalues the economic growth.
