GRAVITY MODELLING OF THE SPATIAL TRANSPORT LINKAGES IN HENAN PROVINCE USING HIGHWAY PASSENGER FLOWS
利用公路客运流数据,通过ArcGIS中的VBA编程实现引力模型,模拟河南省的空间交通联系,并识别出两个优先发展区域。
This paper aims to model the spatial transport linkages in Henan Province using highway passenger flows.The gravity model was implemented via VBA programming in ArcGIS desktop software.All the modeling results,such as spatial transport linkages,regional potential indexes and node connections,were shown in thematic maps.The generalized node connection graph presents an evident hub-and-spoke system.The comparison of regional-level traffic flows and potential indexes indicates two priority development regions.The one is from Jiyuan City to Zhoukou City,and another is from Puyang City to Luoyang City.
