Empirical Study on the Influence of Producer Services on Manufacturing of Wuhan City Circle
基于2000-2009年武汉城市圈九市面板数据，实证检验了生产性服务业对制造业生产率的正向影响，并发现资本有机构成也有显著作用，而劳动力素质和外商直接投资影响不显著。
Based on the data of the nine cities of Wuhan city circle from 2000 to 2009,using panel model,and controlling other economic variables(i.e.organic composition of capital,the quality and skill level of work force and foreign direct investment),we tested the degree that the producer services enhance the productivity of the manufacturing industry.The empirical results show that the development of producer services has an obvious positive effect on the productivity of the manufacturing industry,besides organic composition of capital also enhances the productivity of the manufacturing industry evidently,however,the quality and skill level of work force as well as FDI don't play a determinant role in process of enhancing the productivity of the manufacturing industry.Finally,we provide the corresponding countermeasures to enhance the productivity of the manufacturing industry through developing producer services.
