STUDY ON THE DISPARITY AND COUNTERMEASURE OF THE DEVELOP-MENT OF THE OUTWARD-ORIENTED ECONOMY IN WEST CHINA
分析了中国西部地区在外向型经济（包括外贸、外资、国际旅游等）方面与东部的差距，并提出了缩小差距、发展西部外向型经济的对策。
Based on the success of the outward-oriented economy strategy in many developing countries, free trade and investment had become the motor to promote world economic development. Chinese west region disparities had been investigated and analyzed in external trade, foreign direct investment (FDI), importing foreign capital and international tourism etc. in the context of economic globalization. To propel west development, the strategic countermeasures and suggestions had also been pointed out to reduce the gaps and develop outward-oriented economy of west China in this paper.
