STUDY ON SELECTION AND LAYOUT OF THE GREEN INDUSTRY IN ECOLOGICALLY FRAGILE AREAS OF ALPINE CITY——THE EXAMPLE OF THE LHASA CITY
以拉萨为例，通过自然资源利用和环境影响评估，用层次分析法选择绿色产业，再结合空间多级叠加分析确定产业布局，为高山生态脆弱区的绿色产业发展提供指导。
Green industry is a product of industrial upgrading and transformation,which is a new way to ensure sustainable urban development in the new situation.Especially in alpine and frigid ecologically fragile areas of China,where is in the early stage of industrialization,so,how to balance economic and environmental development has become a primary problem.This article takes Lhasa as example to start discussion and research about the selection and layout of the urban green industries in the alpine and frigid ecologically fragile areas.It expands description from the two approaches of the natural resources use and environmental impact assessment,using AHP to select the green industries;the article goes on with the city industrial land suitability evaluation and the establishment of green industrial space sensitivity index system,using space multi-level superimposed analysis to locate the industrial layout,thus to direct the spatial layout of green industries.
