ANALYSIS ON SPATIAL DIFFERENCE OF INTERNET DEVELOPMENT AND ITS CHANGE IN LIAONING PROVINCE
以辽宁省为例，研究中等尺度下互联网发展的空间特征、区域差异及其变化，发现互联网用户高度集中于核心城市，城乡数字鸿沟显著，且影响区域差异的关键因素随时间从基础设施、社会开放度等转变为仅基础设施。
Research on spatial difference of Internet development at multi-scales and its impact factors is one of frontiers of Internet geography.Among the current literature on this topic,it is found that most of the researches are mainly focused on macro scale.In order to enrich the empirical study on medium scale,this paper takes Liaoning province as an example,summarizes spatial characteristics of Internet development,discusses regional difference and its change and explores impact factors.The analysis shows that Internet users highly concentrate on core city such as Shenyang and Dalian,there is big digital divide between the urban and rural area,and regional differential of Internet popularity is also considerable.With the rapid increase of Internet penetration,the key factor that affects the regional differential has changed significantly from infrastructure and openness of society in 2000,the level of education and GDP per capita in 2001,GDP per capita and infrastructure and the level of education in 2002,to infrastructure only in 2003.
