STUDY ON THE EVOLUTION OF CHINESE PRIMARY CITIES' TOURISM EFFICIENCY INFLUENCE FACTORS
基于1995、2000和2005年数据，用数据包络分析法计算中国主要城市旅游效率及其分解，发现规模效率对整体效率贡献最大，技术效率和拥挤效率稳定，原因与城市旅游阶段特征和区域经济不平衡有关。
It is helpful for optimizing and improving the resources using method and capabilities to analyze the influencing factors on the tourism efficiency of Chinese primary cities. Based on the calculation of the tourism efficiency and their decompositions,using Data Envelopment Analysis(Data Envelopment Analysis,hereinafter referred to DEA) ,the influences on overall efficiency due to their decompositions in 1995,2000 and 2005 are compared and measured. The results show that the scale efficiency makes higher contribution on the overall efficiency;the followed are technological efficiency and congestion efficiency,which is very stable during the periods and the reason can be due to the stage characteristics of Chinese urban tourism and the imbalance of regional economy development. Finally,the tourism resources utilization of different cities is discussed in this article.
