A PLANNING STUDY ON BUILDING NEW SOCIALIST COUNTRYSIDE——A CASE PLANNING ON PINGDI VILLAGE IN YANGDONG COUNTY,GUANGDONG PROVINCE
以广东省平地村为例，研究了新农村规划的方法、内容和流程，提出规划应包含总体、详细和专项三个层次，并遵循保护耕地、生态文明、尊重村民意愿和保留乡村特色等原则。
Located in the western part,the sea-side of Guangdong,the village Pingdi belongs legally to the Yangdong county in Yangjiang city.It's one of the model for the rural planning and management of construction in Guangdong.Based on the summarization of this village planning,the paper focuses on the method,content and process of the planning of new socialist countryside.The study suggests that the rural planning should include three levels: general development plan,master plan detailed plan.The study also considers that the rural planning should obey some regulations: protecting the tilth strictly and using land resource reasonably;following the civilized notion of ecosystem;taking villagers' willing into consideration;taking on the cultural customs of countryside and the characteristics of village sights everywhere.
