Based on the basic data about regional website of China from www.sohu.com, the paper demonstrates the status quo and analyzes the causes of the construction of the website in Northeast Areas in China, which are lagged information infrastructure, tense fiscal situation and passive soft environment, furthermore, some advice is put forward about the methods and paths for promoting the ability of information utilization.
