Urban and Rural Spatial Reconstruction in West Chinese County with the Guide of New Urbanization: A Case Studies of Dulan County in Qinghai Province
分析了新型城镇化与城乡空间重构的关系，以青海都兰县为例，提出从优化结构、产业驱动、基建集聚和治理提升四方面重构城乡空间，并给出县域、镇区、矿区和农村社区的重构模式。
Based on the analysis of the relationship between new urbanization and reconstruction of urban and rural space,and the status of Doulan county,the author analysis the requirements of the county′s space reconstruction under the background of the new urbanization.Taking Doulan county in Qinghai province as example,the space reconstruction mechanism of urban and rural has been brought,which includes four aspects: optimizing space structure with the enhancing the function;accelerating the urban and rural space with the development of industries;promoting the gather of space with infrastructure building;strengthening the space governance with the quality improved.Meanwhile,the reconstruction model about the whole county,town,mining area and rural community has been given.
