Perception on Old-Age Insurance Duty of Land-Expropriated Peasants and the Factor Affecting It: Based on Land-Expropriated Peasants in 8 County in Hunan Province
基于湖南8县550名失地农民问卷数据,发现69.6%认为家庭应承担全部或部分养老责任,而88.1%和81.2%反映村集体和国家未承担任何责任;征地面积、质量、对国家的信任、家庭人口、月收入、性别、年龄和受教育年限显著影响其认知。
Based on the data of questionnaire survey on 550 land-expropriated peasants in 8 county or city in Hunan province,this paper studies on perception on old-age insurance duty of land-expropriated peasants and the relation of the perception and reality of duty shared in,and more analyzes those factor which affect on the perception on old-age insurance duty of land-expropriated peasants.The conclusions indicate that 69.6% land-expropriated peasants consider family should take on full or part duty for their old-age insurance,and 44.3% and 73.8% land-expropriated peasants separately consider village and state should take on full or part duty for their old-age insurance,but 88.1% and 81.2% land-expropriated peasants report village and state do not take on any duty for their old-age insurance.Through further analyzing those factors affecting on the perception on old-age insurance duty of land-expropriated peasants,this paper finds that expropriation area,expropriation quality,trust on state,raised family population numbers,household month income,gender,age and educated-years all have fairly significant influence on the perception on old-age insurance duty of land-expropriated peasants.
