Analysis on the Competitive Advantage of Firms in Cluster:based on common resource Sharing
本文在资源基础观基础上，提出集群企业存在第三种资源——共享资源，分析其形成机制与异质性，阐述基于共享资源的竞争优势观点，并探讨集群企业与共享资源的相互关系。
It first gives a summary account on the theories of competitive advantages of the resource-based view (RBV). Based on the summary account,it points out the third kind of resource,the shared resource of the firms in cluster,which is beyond the dichotomy of the firm's resources used usually by RBV. Then,by introducing the characteristics and related theories of industrial clusters,the paper illustrates the forming mechanism of shared resources. Third,by using the analytical method of RBV,the heterogeneity of the shared resource is analyzed,the shared resource-based view of competitive advantages of the firms in cluster is expounded,and the interrelationship of the firms in cluster and the shared resources is put forward. At last,it summarizes briefly and indicates the future further research orientation.
