The Inherent Functional Relations of Mid-Zhejiang Urban Cluster Based on the Urban flow and its Policy Response
分析了浙中城市群城市流强度与倾向极限的时空演变，揭示了城市间内在功能关系，并为八座城市提出了发展方向与产业定位建议，最后给出了强化整合、主轴功能定位及提升外向度的政策响应。
The article analyses the temporal evolution and spatial characteristics of midZhejiang urban cluster,and then calculate the urban flow intensity and tendency limit.Based on the results,it analyses the intensity,the framework of urban flow and the internal functional relationship.Moreover,it proposes some suggestions on development direction and industry positioning to the eight cities in mid-Zhejiang urban cluster.Finally,put forward the policy response base on the analyse of current state of mid-Zhejiang urban cluster: Strengthen the integration of mid-Zhejiang urban agglomerations,convergent main axes style functional position and enhance the urban cluster' outward degree.
