Evolution and Evaluation of Urban-Rural Integration of Suburban Agricultural Areas in Beijing
研究了北京郊区城市化、工业化与农民非农化进程不同步导致的城乡融合时空演变，提出差异化发展能实现局部与整体的最优协调，并建议多中心多层次规划引导从失衡到均衡的融合。
The urbanization,industrialization and farmer non-agriculture transitional process in Beijing Suburb are not synchronous,so there are variety of multifunctional degrees and development models in different times,different regions.According to development difference,historical evolution characteristics,there are,the spatio-temporal evolution of the urban-rural integration of Suburb Beijing is of the evaluation and test by 4 schemes.This paper argues that,only by the differentiated development it can achieve the optimal coordination of urban-rural integration between local(districts) and overall(regional).Compared to the development of urban and rural areas,the basis of urban-rural integration has been improvement at present.The urban and rural development plan with multicenter,multiple levels is expected to solve the asynchronous problem of urbanization,industrialization and farmer non-agriculture transitional process.And it should guide the urban-rural integration of Suburban agricultural areas in Beijing by the previous unbalanced development to nowadays balanced development,and enhance the effectiveness of the urban-rural integration.
