A Study of the Standard of Basic Education Facilities in New Town Planning During High-speed Urbanization——Based on the Research, Discovery and Revelation in Daxing Case
研究发现高速城镇化时期新城的基础教育设施标准明显高于主城区，原因包括外来人口多、年龄结构年轻、土地利用强度低以及容纳部分农村学生。基于大兴案例，文章详细介绍了研究思路、过程和分析发现，并从人口结构、城乡统筹、标准比较和个案研究四个方面总结了启示。
The standard of basic education facilities in new town is evidently higher than in city proper during high-speed urbanization due to more migrant pupulation, younger age structure, less landuse intensity and accommodating a part of rural students. This is not only discovered in Daxing new town planning research, but also is corroborated by standard comparison with other city's new districts. It indicates that an individual research without simply using currunt standard in high-speed urbanization area is necessary and significant. Based on the Daxing case study, the article introduces the thread, process and analysis finding of basic education facilities standard in new town planning detailedly, and summarizes some referential revelations to other new town planning in four aspects, including population structure, urban-rural integration, standard comparison and individual case study.
