STUDY ON THE SPATIAL STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION MECHANISM OF CAPITAL ECO- ECONOMIC ZONE
通过比较北京各区县的生态经济价值，确定首都生态经济区的地理范围为北京七个山区县，并基于生态连续性等原则，提出其空间载体为“两山五河七组团”，构建目标为“一区三基地一平台”。
Building capital eco-economic zone have a strong social significance and scientific value.Through a comprehensive comparison of all districts and counties' ecological and economic value in Beijing,we can determine that the geographical scope of capital eco-economic zone is Beijing's seven mountain districts and counties.According to ecological continuity,cultural relevance,regional approach and other principles,and through research,we can find that:(1) the space vehicle of capital eco-economic zone is two mountains,five rivers,seven organizing groups,that is,rely on the Taihang Mountain and Yanshan,relying on the Yongding River,Chaobai River,Juma River,Wenyu River and the Ju River,based on seven mountain counties,they are Pinggu,Miyun,Huairou,Yanqing,Changping,Mentougou,and Fangsha;(2) the three basic achieved targets are one area,three bases,one platform,that is,building eco-economic industrial zone,creating eco-economic ditch domain platform,constructing eco-agriculture base,eco-industry base and eco-tourism base.
