Study on Rural Endogenous Development Driven by Inner Power
从哲学、自组织理论和整合驱动发展视角阐述内生发展的理论基础，并以北郎中村为例，运用系统理论分析农村发展系统的识别、诊断与整合，为选择农村发展模式提供理论依据。
China has basically come into a new stage,in which agricultural development will be promoted by industries and rural areas will be nourished by urban development.So opportunities is coming for rural development.But,Exogenous advancing,adopted by governments ever since a long time ago,has been proved to be less effective in some ways.So it turns to advocate endogenous development.Firstly,this article illuminates the theoretical basis of endogenous development from different views in philosophy,self-organized theory,and integration-driven development.Secondly,It is an approach to the analysis of the identification,diagnosis and integration of the whole rural development system to provide theoretical basis for choosing rural development models based on the view of system theory by taking Beilangzhong village as a case.The results are as the follows:(1) Endogenous development is essentially a kind of self-organized evolvement,which is a reflection of the philosophy theory of dialectical relationship between internal and external causes and will be guided in practice under integration-led development theory.(2) Endogenous development is likely to be the fundamental way in which rural development can really be promoted consistently and steadily.Rural development system is self-organized and inner integration is the key power to advance rural development,based on self-organization theory.(3) Harmonious development driven by integration is one important way to implement endogenous development.Restructuring in organization,industries and layout will advance the evolution of rural development system and the effectiveness in outer resources utilization.
