Developing rural economy and building new socialist countryside need the support of rural finance. All sorts of defects about our rural finance have already become the stumbling-block that hindered the progressive in the countryside. American provides the model for our country rural finance reform. This article selected America whose rural finance structure is perfect. Comparing with the similarities and differences of different countries rural finance system and policy utilization, and discussing with various countries rural finance organization system and politics, we propose the rural finance organizational reform route choice. The main conclusions include: Our country rural finance organizational reform must display the guidance function of the market mechanism, and establish the perfect countryside fund positive cycle machine; in the other, the government should undertake the leading role, establish the multi-levelly and omni-directional rural finance system and so on.
