The Changing Processes of Undergraduate Internet Addicts:Characteristics and Measure tool
基于跨理论模型,通过访谈和调查开发了大学生网络成瘾者改变过程问卷,包含行为监控、制定计划、危害意识、避免上网和刺激识别五个维度,并验证了其信效度。
Objective:To explore the changing processes of the addicts and develop the measure tool for the Processes of Changing among Undergraduate Internet Addicts,which according to The Transtheoretical Model of Change(TMC).Method:Combined qualitative and quantitive methods,The Changing Processes of Undergraduate Internet Addicts Questionnaire was developed based on interviews and investigations.Data were collected from1166 Chinese undergraduate students from 7 universities and colleges.The initial sample was split randomly into two samples in proportion about 2:3(N1 - 441;N2 - 725).An exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and a confirmatory factor analysis(CFA) were conducted on the two samples respectively.Results:The results showed that The Changing Processes of Undergraduate Internet Addicts included 5 dimensions:behavior monitoring,making plans,harm awareness,avoiding internet and stimulus identification.The scale showed good reliability and validity and the characteristics of the changing processes among college students were also discussed.
