Economic Development Disparities of Jing-Shan Economic Trough Belt since 2000
研究了2000年以来京山经济低谷带在全国经济中的地位演变及内部各市经济发展差异，发现其GDP和人均GDP地位持续下降，内部差异扩大，多数城市陷入有极无轴困境。
Jing-Shan economic trough belt takes the responsibility of national economic development strategic shifting from east to west. It is of great practical significance to research the economic development disparities of Jing- Shan economic trough belt. Firstly, taking Jing-Shan economic trough belt as an entirety, this paper analyzed the evolution of its status in national economic development since 2000, and found that the status of its total GDP and per capita GDP declined continuously which contains rapid decline phase and fluctuating slow decline phase, and the development speed was also at a disadvantage, that objectively confirmed the existence of trough economy. Secondly, with municipality as research unit, the disparities of comprehensive economic development inside the trough belt were further discussed from the perspective of spatial- temporal evolution. Results show that: The municipal economic disparities have expended in Jing-Shan economic trough belt since 2000, especially the absolute disparities. Then, the spatial disparities of municipal economic development level are evident, and areas with various development types are characterized withdifferentiation between groups and clusters within the groupon spatial distribution. Besides, the majority of cities in Jing-Shan economic trough belt have no obvious promotion on economic development level, getting into the dilemma ofwith pole but no axis. Finally, we put forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures based on the development dilemma of Jing-Shan economic trough belt at present.
