Study on Risk Principle and Countermeasure in Enterprise's Technology Development
研究了企业技术开发中的风险原理，设计了风险因素体系，通过专家咨询分析影响程度，指出主要风险因素，并构建了由企业、社会和政府组成的三维对策系统。
It has theoritically studied the risk principle in enterprise's technology development and designed the risk factor system. Based on expert consult and analyzing their affect degree,it points out main risk factors which should be countered by enterprise;and sets up a three-dimension countermeasure system against technology development risk,which consists of enterprise,social and government.
