SPATIAL BEHAVIOR OF CHINA'S LARGE STATE-OWNED ENTERPRISES IN FACING CHINA'S WTO ACCESSION
研究了中国加入WTO后大型国有企业的经营环境变化,通过访谈六家农业机械、电器、食品和纺织企业,发现它们通过市场扩张、技术开发、供应链和区域关系策略应对变化。
This paper firstly assesses changes in the operational environment of state-owned enterprises (SOEs) after China's access to WTO. Then six large SOEs in agricultural machinery, electric appliance, food, and textiles are studied by using detailed interviewed data. Clearly, the sample companies have reacted to the environmental changes by strengthening strategies in market expansion, technology development, materials and parts supply, and relationship with relevant regions.
