Planning Strategies towards Eco-county:A Case Study in Anji
以浙江安吉县为例，研究如何在保护生态的同时实现可持续发展，提出空间管理、产业引导、城乡协调等战略建议。
Anji County in Zhejiang province is a famous example of an ecologically rich county beside a region(Yangzi Delta Area) with breakneck fast economic growth.To preserve the paradise like ecological environment,Anji consciously slowed down its industrialization process,while surrounding counties all dedicated in it,which led to the result that Anji's economic growth fell behind the average level in its region.Today,while the most developed areas in this region begin to go into post-industry phase,the opportunity comes for Anji to break the preservation vs.development paradox to pursue more sustainable development,which can be achieved with sound environment,productive economy and just society.This study is aimed to give spatial development strategic suggestions for the county,with relevant issues involved,including: spatial management as a whole,guidance for industrial development,coordination between the urban and rural areas,land use strategies,invitation of adaptable ecological technologies.
