COMPARATIVE ADVANTAGE AND FOREIGN TRADE DEVELOPMENT IN NORTHEAST AREA
分析了中国东北地区对外贸易发展滞后、份额下降的现状，指出资源、技术投入和内外环境是制约因素，并基于动态比较优势提出促进措施。
International trade theory indicates comparative advantage is developing dynamically. This paper analyses the situation of foreign trade in Northeast area of relative backward development, with lessening share in whole China, decreasing contribution to regional economic development. This paper further points out such factors as resources, technology inputs, domestic and overseas environment restrain its development. At the end measurements are given to promote foreign trade development of Northeast area in China on the basis of dynamic comparative advantage.
