Define the Connotation and Types of Urban Stock Land in China
重新定义中国城市存量土地的内涵，将其分为空闲、部分利用和低效利用三类，为识别和动态监测提供理论依据。
The purpose of the paper is to redefine the connotation and the types of urban stock land in China,from the perspective of the actual state of land use and the function value of land attachments,based on consulting and combing the present situation of the domestic and foreign research.Methods of documentation and comparison study were employed.The results show that:(1) The connotation of urban stock land in China has 4 shortcomings: preferences in the time dimension,lack of flexibility in vacant,divorce the value of land attachments,the types according to land users;(2) Redefine the connotation of urban stock land: whether it is fully utilized from the actual state of land use.Whether the value of land attachments has been reflected;(3) Divide urban stock land into Vacant lands,Partially utilized lands and Underutilized lands.It is concluded that the redefinition the connotation and the types of urban stock land will provide theoretical basis for identification and dynamic monitoring of urban stock land.
