THE RESEARCH OF SERVICE LOCATION FACTORS SYSTEM
系统梳理了国内外区位因素研究,将服务区位因素分为经济、空间、信息和人文四类,并提出市场、治理、交通和信息技术四种区位机制,为不同服务业选址提供新理论工具。
Theory of Location factor is one of the key-point of location theory.Up to the present,there are few literatures that focusing on the location factor from systematic way.Based on the brief conclusion of location factor research in foreign countries and China,this paper analyzed the characteristics of location factor in different stage of human society.From systematic point of view,according to the relevancy and discrepancy of location factors,this paper established the service location factor system which included four types:economic factor,space factor,informational factor and human factor,and analyzed each factor's influence to the service industries.According to the dominant factor of four types of location factors,the authors put forward four location mechanism: market,governance,transportation and informational technology.The purpose of this paper is providing the new theoretic tool to explain location choice for different service sector,and to advance the service location theory.
