Key Object Interface Identification of Hierarchical Innovation Team
研究了层级创新团队中关键对象界面的识别方法，从自主管理、学习交流和资源配置三个维度分类，并构建了能区分界面间不确定效应的识别方法，案例验证可行。
In order to identify the key object interface of hierarchical innovation team and fully explore its regional scientific research advantages and creativity potential,it firstly gave specific team object interface classification from three dimensions: Independent management,learning communication and resource disposition. Then,based on the comprehension of team subject / object interface system complex emerging attributes,it extracted the separately influence contents and routes of authority leadership,social capital relationship and mutual benefit to team organizational civic order,knowledge transfer efficiency and target adaptability. Finally,it systemically constructed a key object interface recognition method that could effectively differentiate the uncertain effect between interfaces. The case study indicates that the proposed method is feasible to application and instructive to guide management practice of hierarchical innovation team.
