STUDY ON THE SOCIAL PRODUCTION OF UNIT-SYSTEM URBAN SPACE
基于空间生产理论，总结了单位制空间生产的社会经济背景，揭示了其在组织单元、政治经济功能、生产者、产品、价值倾向和空间分化模式上的特征，并指出低效率、空间商品化、使用价值与交换价值分离等弊端，最后总结了从封闭单位制向开放社区制转变的趋势。
As the basis of political,economical and social system under the planned-economy,unit-system played a great role in the transformation process of social-economical in China.The unit-system production mode of urban space constitutes the background of urban spatial transformation,but it different from the roles in theoretical socialist spatial production.The study on the spatial production of unit-system is no only to reflect the path of urban development nowadays,but also to explore a new method in city evolution,which made up of the important contents of the city transformation research in China.The article is based on the theory of Space Production,summarized the social and economical background of unit-system spatial production from political-economical spatial organization,resources distribution mode under planned-economy,public-owned land policy and heavy industrial-oriented urban economy development path.The article revealed the characters of unit-system spatial production in organization unit,political-economy function,producers,products,value tendency and spatial differentiation patterns.At the same time,the article pointed out some drawbacks of the spatial production,for example,the low efficiency,the spatial commoditization of space under the entrepreneurialism governance,the ever-growing spatial conflicts originated from the separation between used value and change value of space,and also the chase forspatial equalization.The article concluded the tendency of urban spatial production which transferred from the sealed unit-system to open community-system.
