Developmeht poles is located to central places in economic development. It plays an important role in regional economic development . Leaded by economic development theory, the article puts forward that Wenzhou should be built as The Development Poles in the northeast seashore regions in China. In fact, the region round Wenzhou is now the poorest ones in southeast seashore regions. If the strategic location for Wenzhou is risen, it will not only improve the region economic development, but also play an important part in modernization to the whole southeast seashore regions in China. Moreover, the article also discusses the tactics on how to build the development poles.
