基于国内外土地整理实践与成果，阐述了可持续发展的内涵，并提出了构建土地整理可持续发展评估体系的过程与原则，对土地管理者和环境规划者具有参考价值。
Research on the sustainable development of the land consolidation is crucial to the subject on how to keep the land frombeing exploited in an effective and sustainable way, as well as the sustainable development of the economy, society and ecology.In this sense, it is especially important to form a system of assessment on the sustainable development of land consolidation, onthe basis of the practice of planning the land consolidation and of relative materials, achievements from home and abroad. Theauthor of this thesis explains the connotation of the sustainable development, the process and principles of forming the system.
