梳理了改革开放30多年来中国土地规划管理政策的演变过程，总结其变迁特征和当前挑战，适合研究土地制度与城市化的学者快速了解历史脉络。
In the time of more than 30 years of Reforming and implementation of the Opening-up policy,the land planning administration system of China has experienced the unceasing innovation and better-up approach,which has been accompanied with the consonance of urbanization development and the transformation of land usage administration.The paper,setting the urbanization development of China as the general scenario,tracking the history trace of the promulgation of the various policies and their amendments relevant with the land planning regulations and laws,summarizes and analyzes briefly the transformation process and characters of the land planning administration system.With aim to the problem-solving,the paper generalizes the current challenge faced by the reforming of land planning administration system,and looks into forward to the trend of the transformation on the land planning administration of China.
