SHARED RESOURCE-BASED VIEW OF THE COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE OF FIRMS IN CLUSTER
基于产业集群现象提出共享资源概念，将其作为第四类资源，并构建共享资源基础观（SRBV）来分析集群企业的竞争优势。
By building the partition matrix of resource which affects the competitive advantage of firms,this paper firstly brings forward the concept of shared resource based on the phenomenon of industrial clusters.By regarded as the fourth kind of resources,the shared resource is beyond the dichotomy of the firm's resources used usually by RBV.Secondly,based on the reference of related theoretical studies,especially the analytical method of RBV,the paper illustrates the characteristics of shared resources and the mail points of the SRBV(shared resource-based view).Then,through analyzing the idiosyncrasy of shared resources,the SRBV of competitive advantages of firms in cluster is expounded.At last,the paper summarizes briefly and indicates the future further research avenue.
