The Evaluation of Regional Cultural-creative Index in China and its Influence on Economic Growth
构建了区域文化创意产业综合评价指标体系，用因子分析法评估中国31个省份的文化创意指数，并通过回归分析发现该指数与经济增长正相关且弹性较高。
Based on analyzing the existed research,the paper puts forward a set of integrated evaluation indexes that reflect national regional development of cultural-creative industries.In according to the index system,the regional scale of the industry index,index of human capital,innovation capability index and the cultural capital index are individually assessed based on the method of exploratory factor analysis.Ultimately,we have get the score of the regional cultural-creative index of Chinese 31 provinces(cities,districts),and then make the assessment on 31 provinces(cities,districts) of the regional cultural-creative index level and the level of economic growth do multiple regression analysis,we found that the level of regional cultural-creative index and the level of regional economic growth are positively correlated,and the elasticity is high,indicating that the regional cultural-creative index effects on the economic growth is significant,the importance of cultural-creative industries can not be ignored.
