THE ENVIRONMENTAL EVALUATION OF TOURISM PROJECT INVESTMENT IN CHANGSHA CITY
针对旅游项目投资环境评价常被旅游资源评价替代的问题，构建了基于具体项目的评价指标体系，并灵活运用因子分析、德尔菲法和层次分析法进行赋值，最终通过评分表完成项目选择。
The environmental evaluation of tourism project investment is often replaced by the assessment of tourism resources,which exists many problems.Toursim,as a burgeoning industry,is attracting more and more investors.Therefore,it is of great academic and practical significance to find out a appropriate process to analyze and assess the investmental environment for investors.The analytical method of tourism investmental environment should made specific analysis according to different regions and projects.This paper constructs the applicable assessment indicator system on the basis of specific projects,and then uses the factor analysis,Delphic analysis and AHP flexibly to assign values to them.Based on the above work,a special play table is finished to evaluate the investmental environment of all the projects,and furtherly,the project choice is made.
