This research based on concept,requirement,background,and significance of housing program,analyzed the relationship between housing program and urban planning,provided the linkage mechanism between housing program and urban planning at three levels,such as the linkage on goals at comprehensive planning level,the linkage on index system at regulatory plan level,the linkage on scheduling at immediate plan level.
