AN EMPIRICAL STUDY ON USING MODE OF LAND REQUISITION COMPENSATION AND RURAL SOCIAL SECURITY
研究中国城市化中征地补偿分配不公问题，以杭州拱墅区为例分析补偿使用模式对农村社会保障的影响，并提出改进建议。
In China's urbanization process,it is difficult to form a fair and reasonable allocation pattern of land requisition compensation among the collective,the farmer individual and others concerned.It is an important reason that the collective land property is amphibolous as well as the land requisition power is abused frequently.Moreover,there always exist different land policies between cities and countryside in China.The farmers whose land had been requisitioned lack of essential guarantees.Therefore,all these limitation of land systems mentioned would give rise to negative effects on the development of economy and the stability of society.In this study,a case about using mode of land requisition compensation in Gongshu County of Hangzhou was taken.This paper analyzed evidentially the using mode of land requisition compensation and its effects on social security systems.Finally,some suggestions on how to manage the land requisition compensation and how to improve rural social security systems were proposed.
