Spatial-Temporal Coupling Characteristics of Population Urbanization and Land Urbanization in Northeast China
以东北34个城市为对象,构建指标体系分析2003年以来人口与土地城镇化的耦合演变,发现耦合关系逐年优化但南北差异明显,空间上沈阳经济区和沿海经济带为热点、黑龙江北部和东部为冷点。
Taking the 34 cities in Northeast China as the research object, this article comprehensively builds a new spatialtemporal coupling characteristics measurement index system of population urbanization and land urbanization. Based on timing analysis, panel data analysis and spatial analysis methods, it also analyzes the evolution and space differentiation characteristics of the coupling in the Northeast China since 2003. The conclusions have been drowned below. Firstly, the coupling relationship between population urbanization and land urbanization is optimizing year by year, but the degree is different among provinces with decrease from south to north. Secondly, the relationship between population urbanization and land urbanization is affected by both time factor and regional factor, and the time factor has more influence than the latter one. Last but not the least, the areas that have close D scores show a strong tendency of spatial agglomerations, and the spatial patterns have significant difference that the Shenyang economic zone and the coastal economic belt are always the hot spots while the north and east area of Heilongjiang Province are always the cold spots. On the basic of the above research, the article regards the location factor, the level of economic development, traffic conditions, the government regulation as well as social security as the space differentiation's driving mechanism of the population urbanization and land urbanization's coupling development.
