The Study on Information System of Project-based EIRM
分析了全球风险管理实践和趋势，指出基于项目的企业集成风险管理信息系统是实现企业集成风险管理的关键，并以企业战略为指导构建了新的信息系统框架。
Based on the analysis of worldwide risk management practices and study trends,it concludeds that the information system of project-based EIRM is the indispensable factors of EIRM (Enterprise Integrated Risk Management). It points out that the goal of EIRM is to make all of enterprise risk management activities consistent with enterprise strategic goals and activities. The information system of EIRM is framed with the guidance of enterprise strategy. Finally,it puts forward a new information system of project-based EIRM.
